IML Labels

Metatron Srl produces labels for In Mould Labeling (IML) technology. In mould labeling (or IML) is a technique that involves inserting a pre-printed label into a mold just before the molding process. This allows for the production of fully molded parts at the end of the molding process, eliminating the need for a further difficult and costly printing stage.

The labels can be made with a thickness ranging from a few hundred microns and above. The reliability of the process and the new film production techniques that Metatron Srl has long adopted have extended the application to durable products such as electronic equipment and devices, automotive parts, and medical articles, in addition to packaging applications like displays, gadgets, and toys.

IME Technology (In-Mold Electronics)

IME technology makes complex surfaces smart. Printed structures are thinner, lighter, and more durable than conventional electronics for similar use cases. When fully utilized, IME technology offers a 3D approach to product design. Previously bulky devices can be reshaped or integrated into the structure to open up new design scenarios while simultaneously reducing the space and weight needed to add functionality.

Metatron Srl produces adhesive labels and custom stickers using inks that comply with European regulations, faithfully respecting customer requests.

Pre-spaced Labels

Made with vinyl materials and cut using plotters.
Resin Labels

Stickers printed using screen printing or digital printing, die-cut into any shape. They feature a high-thickness transparent polyurethane resin layer, making them glossy and enhancing the printed colors.

This type of product is highly resistant to high temperatures, chemicals, weather conditions, and UV rays, and is used in various sectors.
